Spring Series Show
While there are
no specific requirements for photos we ask that you send pics that clearly show your horse doing what is required in each
class. If you are not familiar with any of these classes please email for more information. Also, please feel
free to send more than one photo from different angles or sides as that will help with judging. Please feel free to
send video clips. We are now able to post these on the site as well.
HALTER CLASS RULES: Horse is to be shown in halter
and lead only. No tack is allowed. Eligibility is listed next to each class. (Please send photos that allow us
to clearly see a horses conformation from one or two different angles)
1) Halter Mares- Open to mares and fillies over
one year of age.
2) Hunter In Hand (Mares)- Open to mares and fillies over
one year of age.
3) Halter Stallions- Open to stallions and colts over one year of age.
4)Hunter In Hand (Stallions)- Open to stallions and colts
over one year of age.
5) Halter Geldings- Open to geldings over one year of age.
6) Hunter In Hand (Geldings)- Open to geldings over one year
of age.
7) Halter Yearlings *Fillies- Open to fillies 12 months of age or younger.
8) Halter Yearlings *Colts- Open
to colts 12 months of age or younger.
9) Halter Weanlings *Fillies- Open to fillies 6 months of age or younger.
10)
Halter Weanlings *Colts- Open to colts 6 months of age or younger.
11) Halter Open- Open to any horse of any age.
SHOWMANSHIP
RULES: Horses to be shown in hand. While proper attire is not required, neatness of horse and handler are looked
upon favorably (don't worry about winter fuzz). Eligibility is listed next to each class
12) Showmanship
13 & Under- Open to handlers 13 years of age or younger as of Jan. 1st of current year.
13) Showmanship 14-18- Open
to handlers 14 to 18 years of age as of Jan. 1st of current year.
14) Showmanship Adult- Open to handlers over 18 years
of age as of Jan. 1st of this current year.
15) Showmanship Open- Open to handlers of any age
WESTERN PLEASURE RULES:
Horses are to be shown under western tack. Show Tack and Clothing NOT required. If at all possible please send
photos showing your horse at one or two different gaits instead of standing.
16) Junior Western Pleasure- Open to horses
3 years of age or younger as of current date.
17) Senior Western Pleasure- Open to horses over 3 years of age as of current
date.
18) Open Western Pleasure- Open to horses of any age
HUNTER RULES: Horses are to be shown under english tack.
Show tack and clothing NOT required. If at all possible please try to send photos of your horse at one or two different
gaits instead of standing still.
19) Junior Hunter Under Saddle- Open to horses 3 years of age and younger as of current
date.
20) Senior Hunter Under Saddle- Open to horses over 3 years of age as of current date.
21) Open Hunter Under Saddle-
Open to horses of any age.
22) Open Hunter Hack- Open to horses of any age. Must also submit pic O/F though height
will not be regarded.
23) Hunter Equitation 13 & Under- Open to riders 13 years of age or younger as of Jan. 1st of
current year.
24) Hunter Equitation 14-18- Open to riders 14 to 18 years of age as of Jan. 1st of current year.

Hunter Equitation Adult- Open to riders over 18 years of age as of Jan. 1st of current year.
26) Hunter Equitation Open-
Open to riders of any age.
27) Hunter Equitiation Over Fences- Open to riders of any age. Must also submit a pic
O/F. Height not regarded.
HORSEMANSHIP RULES: Horses to be shown under western tack.
28) Horsemanship
13& Under- Open to riders 13 years of age or younger as of Jan. 1st of current year.
29) Horsemanship 14-18- Open to
riders 14 to 18 years of age as of Jan. 1st of current year.
30) Horsemanship Adult- Open to riders over 18 years of age
as of Jan. 1st of current year.
31) Horsemanship Open- Open to riders of any age.
LUNGE LINE RULES: We ask
that horse be shown in nothing other than a halter, lead rope and/or lungeline.
32) Yearling Lunge Line- Open to horses
younger than 24 months of age.
33) Two Year Old Lunge Line- Open to horses 24 months of age or older. Horse not
to exceed 3 years of age.
LEAD LINE CLASS RULES: Leadline classes are open to young riders 8 years of age or younger
as of Jan. 1 of current year. Leadliners are eligible to enter both classes.
34) English Leadline- Leadliners
to show under english tack
35) Western Leadline- Leadliners to show under western tack
FUN CLASS RULES: These
classes are open to horses and riders/handlers of all ages and levels and can be completed in either English or Western tack.
Photo requirements listed next to each class.
36) Versatility- Must send pics of horse working in at least two different
events. Most versatile horse will win.
37) Costume Class- Either horse or rider may be in costume. Most
creative costume wins.
38) Mare and Foal Class- Open to mares, sires and foals. Send picture of parent with offspring
or two seperate pics. Foal that posesses the most qualities of his sire and/or dam wins.
39) Family Class- Open
to parents and children. Photos should be of parent and child riding together.
40) Pair Class- Pair of horses
that may be shown at liberty or under saddle.
41) At Liberty Class- Horse not allowed to be wearing anything other
than a halter. Send up to 4 photos.
